Our ACME WHEAT FREE BREAD is 99% Gluten Free. It doesn't contain any ingredients with gluten, however it is made by our bakers at our flagship cafe Prefab Eatery where there is gluten in the atmosphere.
This bread was designed for those that are gluten intolerant, or that just wanted a lighter bread option with the goodness of flax seed, almonds and psyllium husk.
We love this bread toasted with our ACME Berry Jam.
