Shipping Information

All goods are shipped from Prefab Eatery in Wellington, New Zealand, unless otherwise specified.

We expect your cups to get to you quickly and in good condition. If there is ever a problem with delivery, or the goods arrive damaged, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.

Expected delivery times from payment are as follows:

New Zealand

North Island: 1-2 working days

South Island: 2-3 working days

Delays

Delivery to rural locations, delays in customs clearance, or delays outside our control may cause longer than usual delivery times.

Duties and Taxes

Orders sent outside of New Zealand are shipped under DAP terms.

You, the receiver, will be required to pay any additional duties and/or taxes at the port of destination.

Export Restrictions

We will only ship orders placed through our website to New Zealand.
